The title says it all.  When Denise & Derek told us about the ideas and details they were planning on having for their wedding we knew it would be a photographer’s dream.  Lucky for us…we were the chosen ones  🙂

If you recall, Denise & Derek brought their “A”-game to their engagement session and we knew the wedding would be no different.  With a great group of guys and girls on their team, Denise & Derek’s wedding was a total win.  The color scheme they chose was both modern and classic (kinda like Zelo Photography, hmmm….coincidence?  🙂 )  and the beautiful golden hour light we were blessed with only made everything look better.  Would you look at those incredible florals?

We dig a good chevron pattern and when we entered the reception area we were very impressed with the use of the chevron pattern.  Not too much….not too little. See for yourself!  We also found out that Denise’s DIY Dad was responsible for building all the rustic wooden backdrops for the table number display and the sweets table.  That’s a DIY Dad we can relate to!  Wait….did somebody say sweets??  Yes we did.  Go nuts.

Denise & Derek did a bang-up job on their wedding.  Two thumbs up.  Now here are the photos for you to enjoy  🙂
